Frequently asked questions′

What companies ask us before requesting a quote.

Bookings and proposals

What information do you need for a proposal?

The type of event, the date or period, the approximate number of guests, the area and, if you have one, an indicative budget. That is enough for a first proposal; details are refined afterwards.

How much does a corporate event cost?

Every event is quoted individually, because the cost depends on guest numbers, venue, catering and production. The proposal shows our management fee and each supplier separately, so you know exactly where the budget goes.

How far ahead should we book our company Christmas party?

December is the busiest month of the year, so the earlier you ask for a proposal, the more choice of venues and dates you will have. If your date is set, it is worth booking straight away.

Do we get a single invoice?

Yes. We coordinate venue, catering, entertainment, AV and staff, and invoice the event as a whole. You deal with one person from start to finish.

Services

Can you supply only hosts or promoters, without organising the event?

Yes. We provide host and promoter teams for trade fairs, congresses, receptions and activations, including for agencies that need extra hands, as we did for MDone.

Do you handle the venue and catering?

Yes. We choose and manage trusted venues and suppliers: catering, décor, entertainment, sound and lighting. We also work in historic Lisbon venues such as the Convento dos Cardaes.

What is UGC content?

UGC (user-generated content) means short, authentic-looking videos recorded by creators, which brands use on social media and in ads. We produce this content for brands in any sector.

Do you organise kickoff events?

Yes. We prepare kickoff events for companies that want to start the year with an aligned team: goals presentation, a group activity and time to socialise.

Areas and languages

Where do you work?

We are based in Greater Lisbon and run events all over Portugal. We also work with foreign companies, mainly from the UK and Switzerland, that hold events in Portugal.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Proposals, communication and on-site teams can be in Portuguese or English.

Tell us the date. We'll handle the rest.

We reply with a tailored proposal, with suppliers and costs itemised.
